This kit is an upgrade to the stock Juiced CrossCurrent S drivetrain. Weather you have worn out your original 9 speed derailleur, or you are getting frustrated with chain drops, this precision derailleur with clutch will get you going in style and will provide years of reliable service.
With the included SRAM X5 shifter, you can use your original rear cassette and chain. the 10 speed derailleur will index to 9 speeds.
We have found that installing this upgrade can lead to better, more responsive torque sensing performance. The CrossCurrent S relies on chain tension to sense torque, and this kit keeps the chain under control with the Shimano Shadow RD+ rear derailleur stabilizer.
