We have found that installing this upgrade can lead to better, more responsive torque sensing performance. The CrossCurrent S relies on chain tension to sense torque, and this kit keeps the chain under control with the Shimano Shadow RD+ rear derailleur stabilizer.
Wider gear range with 11-36 instead of 11-32 gives you a lower 1st speed.
SRAM Powerlock chain is easy to remove for cleaning etc with the quick release link

Very pleased.
I installed this upgrade to my Juiced RipCurrent S fat bike. Reliable shifting, extra tension on the chain and one lower gear make this well worth the upgrade. I used a KCM e10 chain, 10 speed, and 129 links in length not including the connector link. This chain comes with 136 links so perfect for this particular bike. Thank you David.

All aspects of the purchase were appreciated. It was nice to get a kit so I didn't have to buy them piece meal. The parts were as described and installed easily. They made my bike run great again. Shifting is crisp and clean and my chain no longer drops. I upgraded my chainring too and had I to buy again would have added that on to my order as it took me extra time to ride around to find one.
