Replacement 48V 26.4ah battery cell pack for Juiced U500

To keep U500V3s on the road, we are offering a replacement battery pack that will slide into the original case.  It has all of the correct connectors, so replacement is plug and play. As always with large lithium batteries, extreme care must be taken in ensuring that the battery is installed correctly, if in doubt, contact your local e-bike or battery shop for installation.  

The battery cells are Samsung 35E 18650, these are 8A rated in a 13S8P configuration, 26.4 amp hours, 1267 watt hours! These cells will have an easy life in this bike.

Early versions of the U500 may have different connections, so they will not be pin for pin replacements.  The battery will still fit, and can be made to work, but you will have to replace connectors, so you should be expert with wiring to attempt this.  If your battery has one power wire from the panel connector inside the case to the battery pack, then it is an early one.

The first version of the U500 battery case is smaller, and this pack will not fit.  Your battery case should be 22 1/16” long 5.327” wide 3.09” high outside for this pack to fit.  The first cases also had the charge port on the back of the case instead of the front.
