Services at our shop

We service most e-bikes and scooters at our shop on Salt Spring Island. 

Our shop rate is 100.00 an hour.  We can usually diagnose a problem and give you a parts and labour estimate in 1/2 hour. We can order most replacement components for you if we don't have the part in stock.

We can do basic maintenance and adjustments such as brake pads, and derailleur adjustment within 1/2 hour.  A more thorough service will take an hour, and if you need shift cables replaced, wheel truing, lights repaired etc, budget 1.5-2 hours.

We can test most e-bike batteries for capacity for 50.00 and balance the cells if necessary at an extra charge.

We are a Grin Technologies dealer, and can order any Grin parts in for you. We do custom e-bike, trailer and wheelbarrow conversions using Grin Technologies parts.  We also do mobile solar power setups.

For mid-drive bikes that use motors from Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha etc, your best bet is to take the bike to a bike shop that sells that brand, as they have special diagnostic tools and access to OEM parts. We can do a basic assessment if you are in a pinch.

We can pick up or deliver your bike on Salt Spring.  North End or Ganges is 40.00 for a pickup or drop off, Central or South End is 60.00.
